Lisa J. Roberts lives in California with her husband in a home they call “The Empty Nest.” She love writing poetry, and opening lines for poems appear with some frequency, necessitating memorization if she happens to be driving the car at the time. She have been published in Rattle, Saint Austin Review, Trivium Magazine, The Society of Classical Poets, and other journals, and she was a finalist in the 2024 Fernando Reilo World Mystical Poetry Prize.
