Luke M. Perez is Assistant Professor of Civic Education in the School of Civic and Economic Thought and Leadership at Arizona State University. His scholarly research examines religion, political theory, and American national security. He is currently writing a book manuscript on international religious freedom and grand strategy during the Cold War.
