Michael Festl has been a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of St. Gallen since 2013. Besides his doctorate in philosophy in Munich, St. Gallen, and Chicago, he graduated with a Master’s Studies in Business and Finance at the University of St. Gallen and in History and Literature at University Hagen. Michael is founder and director of the John Dewey Center in Switzerland and Vice-President of the Philosophical Society of Eastern Switzerland.
