Thomas Laehn is currently the County Attorney in Greene County, Iowa, where he lives with his wife, Dr. N. Susan Laehn, and their daughter, Sophia. Dr. Laehn was formerly an assistant professor of political science at McNeese State University, where he taught courses in American politics, political philosophy, and constitutional law. He earned his PhD in political science at Louisiana State University in 2010 and his JD at the University of Iowa in 2017.
