Eric Voegelin Society 2021 Mini-Conference (January 3-4, 2021)

The Eric Voegelin Society will hold a mini-conference online on January 3—4, 2021, and will run as two half-day events. January 3 also marks Voegelin’s birthday.

The plan is to dedicate one paper per session, with a commentator or two. Therefore papers are required to be 1) already well-developed and 2) submitted three weeks prior to the meeting so the commentators can prepare their remarks.

We are also open to holding “book launch” sessions (or a roundtable) for books (including edited volumes) published by members in 2020. Please submit your book information if this interests you.

Proposals are due by November 15, 2020.

Please submit your proposal to John von Heyking, University of Lethbridge ([email protected]).

The conference organizing committee includes Harald Bergbauer (University of Munich), Paul Caringella (Hoover Institution), and John von Heyking (University of Lethbridge).
