Arthur Shattuck O’Keefe is an Associate Professor of English at Showa Women’s University in Tokyo. His articles and essays have appeared in The Midwest Quarterly, The Japan Times, PopMatters, Kyoto Journal and Rain Taxi. His short fiction includes stories in Johnny America, Free Flash Fiction, and Suspense Magazine.
