Patrick Dowdall was a practicing attorney, businessman, and entrepreneur for thirty years. He has an AB for the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Ph.D. from the Harvard Government Department with an emphasis on political theory. He has published numerous articles on legal, taxation and business matters and a memoir Hittin’ the Jumper, A 60 Year Affair with Basketball (Goosetown Press, 2016).
